I'm having trouble having orgasms with my partner. I can have them if just the right pressure is applied to just the right spot, but it takes a lot of strength and/or energy, and she doesn't have it. She's very opposed to vibrators, and feels bad that she isn't able to give me satisfaction herself. Isn't there any way for us to make me work within our limitations?
